Very professional and exceptionally detailed work. One of the best builders and hard workers I have seen. Such a perfectionist only the best work will be excepted by this builder. Relentless in his work and detail, if you want anything from renovations, loft conversations and extensions and all the work in-between this is your man.

Originally scheduled in April 2021, they only started in July 2021! They are overcharging for every single thing onsite pretending they only use top-quality products. Not true unfortunately 1 year later it's proven to be only average. They broke our porch door and I asked them to use their insurance, but didn't we ended up paying and use someone else as they quoted us again double what everybody else did. We used them for ourwindows and they are bad quality. I'm trying since months to get the windows paperwork to use the guarante they ignore us. Next is court as they don't leave us much choic

Dear Client, we are sorry to read your words. As mentioned in our Terms and conditions, which you acknowledged and signed, every extra work is charged separately. We broke no door and for us it's always sad to be accused of something we didn't do. As we pointed out to you - and the quote we did for you proves it - the door mechanism was the problem. We can't make a claim to the insurance when there is no damage caused by us. Also, we just install windows, we are not manufacturing them. They are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which doesn’t cover maintenance. Finally, when the job was completed, we asked you if it is ok to share pictures of the work carried out, as we would never share any without customer's consent. To protect both us and the customers, we keep records of our communication with them regarding the works. If necessary, we are ready to provide all the documentation that proves our professionalism when doing the works and your satisfaction after we completed them.
