9.75Verified ReviewStephen was very courteous. He rang to ask if I minded paying and extra £20 (£80 instead of £60) as he didn't realise I was so far outside his area, which I agreed to. The upshot was he split the difference and charged £70 when we met. He explained fully what he was doing and showed me the boiler readings. Very pleased with the service provided.

He explained what he was doing throughout the process and offered advice going forward in terms of keeping the boiler working well. Can't recommend enough and will definitely use them again!
