  The process of engaging the company and having someone attend our property was both quick and painless. I was fully updated throughout the process and cost was agreed prior to any attendance. Martin, their tradesman, was thoroughly professional while here and did a great job. Was very impressed with the service overall and will definitely be using them again where needed.

• Extension, shower room and new kitchen

  Mark and his team have transformed a wooden shed between the house and brick out building into a utility extension. No longer do I have to leave the house to go to the freezer and washing machine previously housed outside. They have turned the downstairs bath into a walk in shower and given me a fantastic kitchen. A number of problems emerged needless to say but every hurdle was dealt with. The team are great, as a single person it's really important who is in my house and I can honestly say everyone was amazing. I would definitely use them again in the future. Nothing seems too much trouble

• Remove wooden cladding and replace it with UPVC cladding

  The work was completed to a very good standard by an efficient and friendly team. The only issue was of the team being redirected on a number of occasions to other jobs and not turning up at the agreed time/day. The original timetable was 29th June - 2nd July; the actual work was 29th June - 7th July. This was not a problem as we are retired but a working family may have been less willing to accommodate the timetable.
