My front door lock had failed leaving the UPVC floor bolted shut.

Within 24hrs Richard had visited and unlocked the front door had had removed the offending mortice bolt. He then ordered as replacement lock with associated mortice bolts which was then fitted today. So now I have a better door handle and can still use the same set of keys as before.
