    Ahead of the collection they were clear about what to expect on the day. They gave us notice on the day of their expected arrival time, which they met. Having collected the waste they raked and generally tidied up the area.

    We were moving house and had 20 years of stuff to get rid of from the loft! As well as sofas, a super king bed, an oven etc. Nothing was ever a problem. So well organised as well as friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Great guys. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!

  • Goodbye sofabed old pergola and rubbish

    It started with a sofabed. Then bits of old fencing. That old pergola needed to go and it's leaky plastic roof. I'd considered a skip but a neighbour recommended Active Rubbish Clearance. Brilliant person took my call and answered my questions. Sent someone to quote who was also really good. The quote was given there and then. It was cheaper than a skip and included dismantling the pergola. So I booked them for the job. A man and a woman arrived in a truck, on time. They were polite, efficient and tidy. No need for me to lift a bed settee into a skip! Will use them again.

    I rang Active Rubbish Clearance Ltd to enquire about a garden rubbish clearance at my father’s house. Having agreed the cost she messaged me back saying that they had just received a cancellation on a job that was for tomorrow and would I be interested in filling that slot. I agreed immediately and the van arrived on time the next day. The team that arrived were extremely polite and friendly. They went to work immediately and even kindly agreed to cut off a couple of dead tree stumps that needed clearing as well. Very professional company and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.     Communication from start to finish was excellent. All of our needs and special circumstances were taken into consideration. Everyone who worked on the job were courteous, kind and patient. The work was carried out to a very high standard and a couple of extra requirements on the day were no problem. All paperwork was provided and explained and the cost was excellent. They were all really lovely people and I would highly recommend.

Active Rubbish Clearance Ltd is a family run business that has established itself as a trustworthy and reliable operator over the past 12 years, based in Surrey, and serving the London, Hampshire, Berkshire, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey areas.

 We provide a fast, efficient and professional way of removing your rubbish, without needing a skip or skip permit (if necessary). Our rates are extremely competitive with prices starting from as little.. We provide estimates upon contact or quotations upon inspection in advance of all jobs and we do all the hard work.

 Our friendly, helpful, uniformed staff will load the rubbish, then sweep and clean as necessary leaving the site as clean as practicable. We only use Environment Agency approved transfer stations to ensure the maximum reclamation and recycling of your waste and the minimum possible environmental impact.

We undertake all types of clearance work, waste disposal & rubbish removal for businesses, general public, letting agents, solicitors, landlords, and estate agents. We also do full house clearances and specialize in probate work.

 We also provide a secure collection service to certain public figures to protect their privacy.

Check out our feedback reports to see why renowned company's allow us to put their names and logos on our vehicles. All our vehicles carry a copy of our Waste Carrier License which our staff will show you before any rubbish is removed. In addition we issue Waste Transfer Notices with every collection. All of the rubbish will be taken to a local Environment Agency approved transfer station, where it is sorted and recycled or reused wherever possible.

The Law states that you must take reasonable steps to keep waste safe . If you give your waste to someone else, you must ensure that they are authorised to take it,  transport, recycle or dispose of it safely . Contravention of these requirements can lead to a substantial fine.
