  In my previous review I explained that Daniel did not turn up for an appointment. He did respond to my review and explained that he had a mishap with his phone and would contact me, which he did and made a new appointment for which he turned up. The price quoted for the repairs was acceptable and the work was carried out about 10 days later. The work was carried out to a good standard, all waste was removed from the site and all gutters cleaned out around our cottage, and also our barn and stable I would recommend Daniel and would have no hesitation in using his services again in the future

• Disappointing Experience

  Did not turn up on the arranged date to provide a quote. No contact by the company to explain why they were unable to attend as arranged. But I will keep an open mind on this as maybe circumstances prevented them for attending as agreed, but it would have been respectful to let me know, rather than waste my time. Disappointing, as they have excellent reviews for there completed works.

• Repairs to roof following recent storm

  I called this Company on a Saturday morning, as my roof had suffered damage from a bad storm. The gentleman said he would come and look at the work within two hours, and he did! I was impressed by his professionalism, he showed me what needed to be done, as we viewed the roof from across the street. He gave me an estimate, which I felt was reasonable, and he came to do the work the following week. I was very pleased with the job, so much so, I shared my delight with neighbours.

  These are true heroes of roofing. Look no further if you need roofing work done quickly, cheaply, and to a high standard. Daniel and Co are great to work with. They are well priced, punctual, communicative and tidy. This is a winning formula that they work hard to achieve. Taking down our chimney stack and roofing over turned out to be a much bigger and messier job than anticipated, but they powered on regardless and honoured the initial quote, which was greatly appreciated.
