    Very good experience from the original meeting to the end result. Good communications, when asked for a realistic date the work might take place, and worth the wait for their availability. (Good weather to carry out the work before mine was hard to come by, making the possible date hard to predict). Carried out the work as agreed in a good, efficient way, taking care of the flat roof, which was my major concern.
