• Partitioned the living area, creating a new room

  We had a large living area and we were eager to partitioned some of it to create an additional spare room. When we reached out to Alan for advice, he was extremely knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for providing us with vast ideas on how to create the new room. Throughout his work he's been working to perfection, prompt with time and reliable. He has created for us a brand new room which has turned out to be spectacular. We are so pleased that we are looking forward to giving him more jobs and we highly recommend Alan on building work such as plastering or flooring etc.

• En-suite refit

  Alan has completed two jobs for us now, the first a wall reconstruction and plastering to fill in a redundant doorway and a full scope en-suite refit most recently. All works have been completed to an excellent standard, for a very reasonable price. Alan was a pleasure to have around, respectful of our home and dedicated to providing the very best outcome, even when he discovered a lot of ‘older house’ issues that he then had to fix before he could continue with the job booked in.

• Curtain rail and tie backs fitted

  Alan helped me with some handyman work by installing a heavy curtain rail on drywall - he assessed whether it was possible or safe, and explained to me all the relevant points. He then carried out the work, doing an excellent job. I appreciated that he fitted me in very quickly (just a couple of days after my call), and the charge for his work seemed very reasonable. I’m happy to recommend him and would be happy to ask for his help again in the future.

• Fitting new door frame and door, plus paint and decorate same.

  Alan attended to both quote and fitted a new doorframe, plus two doors along with replacement door handles for all existing doors. He was courteous, and on time, for all appointments. The work was carried out in a professional and timely manner, and any questions, or concerns, were answered promptly and to our satisfaction.
