    Paul was so helpful right from initial contact to his final visit. He was really flexible with his time of visits and helpfully accommodated our working schedule. He persevered and solved our squirrel problem for us. A really friendly guy and would happily call him again for any other pest concerns.

    We have asked Paul on two occasions to treat a squirrel infestation and check on a wasp nest and he dealt with these promptly and efficiently. He is incredibly personable, polite and friendly and was also very kind and reassurring to my 90 year old mother who had been traumatised by the squirrels. Paul is very knowledgeable, professional and an absolute pleasure to meet. I have no hesitation in recommending him wholeheartedly. Thank you, Paul.

    This is the 3rd time (over many years) I have used Alcear for mice control. Paul is polite, effective and keeps his appointment times. I wouldn’t use anyone else for pest control, value for money and does what it says on the tin!

    Paul was amazing he definitely knows how to deal with squirrels. He really put my mind at ease because it was really horrible hearing them in my loft every day. But he took his time to explain everything and within the 3 visits they were gone. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.
