Not only was the report very thorough and easy to understand Nick also provided us with invaluable advice on how to proceed.     We asked alpha surveys to conduct an asbestos survey for us on a property we are looking to purchase. They got back to every query very quickly and after a quote was given they organised directly with the estate agent to carry out the survey within the week. The survey itself was very thorough and was provided within two days of the survey being carried out. They also responded to some follow up queries very quickly and with some helpful advice to take forward. Great service and would definitely recommend.

Alpha Surveys is an independent asbestos Survey and Sampling business accredited by the British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS)

We are still operating during the current Covid-19 situation and are adhering to social distancing guidelines. 

All surveys are undertaken by Nick and Hazel Pullan who are both fully experienced and qualified surveyors. Surveys & Sampling services are carried out throughout the South East including London, all to a high standard of professionalism and within client timescales.


Reports are clear and concise with advice and recommendation.


Surveys are provided for domestic properties, commercial & industrial premises, public buildings, care homes and demolition projects.

Management Surveys and Refurbishment/ Demolition Surveys fully comply with CAR 2012/HSG264
