    Andy and Sons rearranged the lay out of the upstairs of my London flat to add allow space for an extra en-suite and also extended the main bathroom to allow much more space (removing a water storage unit and adding a combi boiler). It was complex work because the flat is so old and bound by the limitations of the block's plumbing system, yet Andy found a way round the many obstacles, including making investigations about the block's plumbing, giving me solutions and ordering specialist things himself. It looks really great and came at a great price if you consider the complications.

  • Kitchen cabinet uninstall and reinstall to seal gaps against mice

    Ikea kitchen installed 6yrs ago but original builder never sealed gaps behind cupboard, have had a horrendous mouse problem ever since. Andy managed, in 1 day (!), to remove all the kitchen cabinets carefully, prop up the worktop, seal all the massive gaps with ply/cement/steel wool, such that the mice have no way of getting through anymore. He was able to carefully put all the cabinets back again with no damage at all, and in fact a few of the cabinets now fit better than before. He showed me his progress throughout the work and I cannot praise his calm and methodical approach enough!!

  • Replacing Doorknobs

    I needed help changing doorknobs on a few bedroom doors. Initially I tried to do it myself but couldn’t manage to drill the appropriate hole through the door. Andy and sons helped me with a next day appointment and fixed all 4 doors within an hour at a reasonable price. He was very polite and helpful the whole time. Everything is working perfectly now. I highly recommend!
