• Repair to meeting room Air Con system

  Andy stepped in to advise on repair of meeting room air con system. We had previously been advised that the whole system, including pipework would have to be replaced, which didn't sound right. Andy was incredibly obliging and honest about what was required and advised the most cost-effective solution for the repair. He was able to carry out the work in a reasonable time-frame, worked quickly and tidily and advised on annual service costs going forward. We will definitely be calling Andy next year for servicing and any repairs in future.

• 15 year old Daikin needed bringing back to life!

  Andy was swift coming back to my initial enquiry; and from that initial contact, I have been impressed at every turn. He arranged to inspect the 3 units at our home at a time that was convenient to us, checked the day before arriving it was still fine to come round and turned up a couple of minutes early on the day. Once Andy had inspected the units, he assessed that one unit needed a bit of a clean, one needed a minor fix and one would need a minor miracle to get working once more. Andy got all 3 working with the minimum of fuss and I suspect undercharged along the way. 11 out of 10 service!

• Bedroom aircon

  Our bedroom is horrible in the winter, really cold as its above a garage. I've always wanted another heat source to supplement the radiators and our brand new aircon unit has done the trick. Andy was on time and did a great job, leaving no mess. The unit is centred and neat on the wall. Fair price too. Looking forward to sleeping better during the hot summer nights next year now!

  Andy took the time to find the leak. While he was waiting to check that the pressure was holding, he cleaned out the filters on the other units and charged less than his estimate.

• Living Room - AC

  Having previously used AO Cooling for a AC unit in the bedroom, I called Andy again for a new unit in the living area. Great advice on what I needed and install to a high standard. As a bonus, we had a week of sunshine following the install! Would highly recommend Andy.
