He gave me a clear indication of his lead in time at his first visit and kept to this. He (& Ben) arrived as arranged by 8am and worked through until dusk. Very professional, thorough and the job included new barge boards over hard to reach parts of my home, with his ladders and decking - thus avoiding scaffold costs. They swept up each night including an air blower to make sure there was nothing left on my drive! Many thanks Simon for a great job, very well done.

Aplin Facias was established after seeing a gap in the market for quality UPVC Fascia’s, soffits, guttering and UPVC/fibre cement cladding installations (we also do repairs on all of the above).
We replace your existing timber with new treated timber for structural strength and then cover in quality UPVC plastic. We also only use stainless steel fixings as standard.
We believe in customer satisfaction, so we do not ask for any money up front as we truly believe that we really are superior to our competitors with over 25 years’ experience in Fascia’s, soffits, guttering and cladding. With a fully qualified Joiner, we are more than qualified to complete the Installation on your property.
We also give 10 year guarantees on all of our workmanship and materials.
We only install Fascia’s, soffits, guttering and cladding systems. Our biggest competition is ourselves. We pride ourselves on customer service and customer satisfaction. We believe we’re the best so Simon has put his family name to it.
