Drain unblocked.
10I called the office early in the morning and was greeted professionally over the phone by a cheerful lady and I explained that our drain had become blocked. I was put at my ease straightaway by this lady and then subsequently by the office Manager. When the drain engineer arrived at my home I found him to be very personable and he explained the process very clearly so that I knew exactly what to expect regarding unblocking the drain. He also explained his findings well and I was satisfied with the work carried out. If names are wanted/ needed please contact me. The form states not to include.

10Verified ReviewCan not say how amazing they were from the first call to the engineer attending was less than an hour. He even was nearly home when he said he would come and do the job which meant him driving in the wrong direction just to get his van and come back again. Would highly recommend them to anyone and all were professional and courteous throughout. If I ever need this type of job or anyone I know needs it these will be at the top of my list.
