    Rang on a Sunday morning and the guy turned up within 2 hours. He was very respectful of my property and explained what he was doing. As a woman on my own I feel a bit vulnerable having tradesmen round but he put me at ease and the cost was very reasonable, particularly as a weekend.

    Company arrived within an hour or so of me phoning about a problem with a blocked rainwater drain. Cleared the blockage, then put a camera into the channel which revealed a breakage where 2 pipes had been joined incorrectly. Gave me advice on what to do about this. Were courteous and helpful throughout.
