    I used Artisan (James) in 2016 and recently moved house and needed work doing. As in 2016 James was great. From providing a thorough quote to communication every step of the way. He obviously has a great relationship with the scaffolders too as they were swift, on time and got the scaffolding down as soon as he finished. James goes above and beyond and cleans the site every day. The quality of the work is also great. Would highly recommend.

    Artisan Property Maintenance cleared and cleaned the gutters to a very high standard. I was shown photos of the cleared and cleaned gutters and they were spotless. He was very courteous, helpful, professional and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company and l would certainly use them again for any other gutter and roofing work.

    Posted my job on Monday morning, James contacted me immediately. He attended an hour later and quoted for the job. He completed the job on Wednesday. Very pleased with the outcome, the standard of work is excellent, James is very knowledgeable and found a perfect solution to our guttering issue. Would definitely use him again.

    I contacted James this morning about a gutter repair and he came out for 11.30 and carried out the work. I found James to be polite and courteous. When repairing the gutter some dirt went on the windows. James cleaned this and wiped the window down too. James also poured water down the gutter to check the repair had worked.
