  I have used ASK Renewable Solutions before so no hesitation in using them again. Contact them due to an issue with my boiler which was old and needing to be replaced. Was provided with two quotes to repair my issue and also requested a quote for a new boiler. I decided to go with the new boiler and haven't been disappointed. Agreed to a date and was surprised to get a call to say the could come a day earlier than planned. Great installation, the two plumbers Kane & Jack were fantastic too. Great work again ASK thank you

  We contacted Ask Renewables as recommended via Octopus and was very reassured by Adam (Director) that the company could meet our requirements. Authorisation to have the work took a long time and we needed to keep communication lines open during this time but once authorisation was given and a date was set we saw what a professional and knowledgeable team the company have. All tradesmen worked together, went over above to keep the mess and disturbance to a minimum and to leave us with a completed job within the day. This was followed up with all paperwork, certificates and guarantees next day.

They are excellent in all areas from customer services right through install to ongoing support and maintenance. Ask are very responsive, very helpful and always provide prompt solutions.   Fantastic service from the whole team at ASK renewables. From the first contact through to the installation. Really impressed by the whole experience from specifying the system, working to coordinate the install alongside other work being done on our roof, through to everything being installed and setup. Friendly, efficient install by a team who clearly have pride in their work. Everything worked first time, all of the rubbish was taken away and a very smart looking setup. Thankyou ASK renewables I highly recommend their services.
