• Fire Doors and Worktop - terrible

  Quoted around £8k to fit 4 x fire doors, refinish kitchen worktop and 2 other small jobs. Decided to go ahead as I live out of the country and thought Aspect would provide a quality service. How wrong I was.... 3 of the 4 doors fitted have gaps around them that don't meet requirements (rendering them useless). Kitchen worktop was done in a really amateur fashion and will likely start degrading again in a couple of months. Have now spent over 2 months trying to get it fixed but Aspect simply keep denying the issues. I will never, ever go anywhere near them again.

• Leaking hot water cylinder

  Stunningly incompetent. They left us without hot water for TWO WEEKS. Their office staff (not their plumbers) are gob-smackingly rude and bad at their jobs. There is NO back office support: no systems, no records, no follow-up, no apology, no clue. I am £1500 out of pocket, and have hundreds of pounds worth of damage to my ground-floor ceiling.

• New thermostat connected to hot water tank and pipes installed to tap in kitchen.

  Very happy with the work that Tom did for our hot water system and cold water pipe for the kitchen tap. Luke was also very responsive and overall I'd recommend using Aspect.
