  Andrei was amazing, he’ll always take timeout to explain how he’ll do the works to gain confidence. He is always willing to listen and know what you want to ensure the end result is what is expected. He is always clean and tidy never seen this before with any builder we’ve used. He always replies to messages and queries really quickly, would never be let down. I’ll definitely use his services again and recommend him to others! You won’t regret it.

• Replacing air vents

  Andrei did a great job replacing and installing air vents on my property. He was knowledgeable and responsive and worked with me to install the vents I wanted and find better solutions to the vents that were in place previously. The work was neat and they cleaned up nicely when they left. Would definitely recommend and work with again

• Loft shower room refurbishment

  This was the second time we had used Andrei for a major project and we had no hesitation in bringing him in again. The work comprised a full strip-out of a loft bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash basin. The floor had to be relaid to make it watertight, the room was completely retiled and all fixtures and fittings were replaced. As before, the work was done to the highest standard.

  AVH Construction provided us with an excellent service throughout from the quote stage to the completion of work. They provided us with lots of helpful advice, kept us informed throughout, and answered all our queries. Their timekeeping is excellent and they work extremely hard each and every day. They are multi-skilled and knowledgeable on many aspects including building, electrics, plumbing, heating, painting and decorating. The standard of work is excellent and a reasonable price. We will be using their services again. We highly recommend AVH Construction.

• Bedroom refitting

  Really happy and pleased with the work done by Andrei. And even my children were really pleased on how the room decor finished. He basically gutted the room, advised on further needed to be done on one wall to ensure no future issues. Before assembling any of the fittings double checked with us that, that is where we wanted the fittings before making them permanent. All building, carpentry, plumbing and painting work done to a high level. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
