  • Brian urgently came to re my rescue

    I called Brian after being let down for 2 months by D&G appliances. Brian came over the next day and got immediately on the job and noted that I needed a new Compressor. Brian confirmed that the Fridge could be saved and Compressor ordered. Brian came back as promised the next day and fit the new Compressor and my fridge freezer is now working much to my delight. Very much would recommend that D&G speak to Brian about Customer Service and Satisfaction

    Brian came to look at a fridge in my rental property that was icing up. He confirmed that it needed a new thermostat and filled me with confidence that he could do the job and save me having to buy a new one. I could tell from talking to him on the phone immediately that he knew his stuff regarding refrigeration and feel very lucky to have found him and grateful he could fix the problem so quickly.     I couldn’t recommend anyone more. Despite the treacherous conditions of the snow storm, he still travelled all the way to fix my fridge freezer. Coming from Leeds to Huddersfield, slipping all over the roads and then having to climb to the top of a mountainous hill, he didn’t complain and got right to it. Diagnosed the issue in a matter of minutes and fixed the problem quickly and easily. Only requirement is Yorkshire Tea to reward him should you book him - which you should! Excellent man charging excellent prices. A real star! 🌟
