• Really tricky kitchen tiling job

  Ben is simply a brilliant tiler. Our kitchen is a really awkward shape. Not only that, but as Ben took up the layers of old flooring it became clear that it was really uneven; there was also a weird and quite large rectangular hole. It was genuinely fascinating to see Ben use all his skills, experience and tools of the trade to transform the floor so that it was completely even, before expertly laying the tiles, advising us on grout colour and shifting our furniture round to enable him to do an excellent job. Ben is a true craftsman.

  Ben was super polite & helpful from the day he quoted the job. Helped us located the right tiles & provided sound advice for skirting. The job itself was done very professionally, he took his time to ensure the floor was level & everything lined up perfectly. Very happy with the finished job, which has transformed our room. We would 100% use again.

• Repair of tiles around bath

  When some tiling failed around our bath, we were put in contact with Ben. He fitted our work in within a few days when he had a cancellation and kept us informed throughout what needed to be done. We found him friendly and professional and we are pleased with the quality of the repair work.

• Tiling a cloakroom - unfinished and disappointed

  The tiler left the tap faucet and handle untiled and unfinished without checking. He did return a month later to finish it, but broke a section of the wall in the process. He noted we had to embed the faucet a little deeper into the wall, which we did that evening. He then said he couldn't return for at least another month, leaving us with a broken wall and tiles missing, delaying other renovation jobs further again.

  Ben is exceptional. He is meticulous, extremely knowledgeable and highly professional. He was quick to respond to our enquiry. Gave excellent advice on selecting the best tiles and went above and beyond to make sure our tiles were laid perfectly. His work has breathed life to our once dingy room and made it my favorite room in our home. We would highly recommend Ben and would definitely calling on him again for more tiling work.
