Changing the lock as I had been burgled

10Verified ReviewWe called Ben out to fix our Yale Connexis Smart Lock. Ben arrived the same day and quickly diagnosed a fault with the lock. We discussed whether it could be fixed with parts that we had from another smart lock and Ben even checked with colleagues to see if they could suggest a different solution, but it couldn't be fixed. Ben ensured the door locked manually and returned the next working day to remove and replace with a standard lock. Ben was knowledgeable, reasonably priced and even produced a report for us to send to Yale. We would recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
