    Matthew sent the quite very promptly and once agreed managed to fit us in for a 3 day job very quickly due to its urgency. Matt and his team arrived as promised at 8am on a very rainy day. They disassembled remainder of balcony and removed all debris. Day 2 returned as promised and renewed all wood then Re felted this making if waterproof. They were efficient and polite and Matt was very helpful. We recommend them if you need any roofing or property work.

    We moved into a new property and the roof was leaking. Matt was recommended he came out quickly, we received the quote quickly and he carried out the work as soon as possible to a high standard. The team were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Really good service all round would not hesitate to recommend !

    Matt and his team carried out a fantastic job while completing a new tiled roof including the install of velux style windows. Having never had this kind of work done before I was instantly reassured by Matts professionalism and knowledge, everything was outlined from start to finish. I cannot fault the workmanship and I am extremely happy with the end result. Work started in the times agreed, time keeping was first class and everything was left tidy at the end of the day. I cannot recommend Ball Roofing and Property any higher, 5* star service without a doubt.
