10Verified ReviewThe fuse board in our house kept tripping on various fuses. Initial contact from Roy was over the phone where he talked me through some steps to eradicate basic issues. Once Roy established that a visit was required he made arrangements and attended within the hour. Once on site he meticulously tested everything, finally finding the issue was with a nick in the wire on an outside light. He repaired the problem and everything was switched on and tested. The communication was superb telling me everything he was doing and why. The charges he made were extremely reasonable.

10Verified ReviewRoy came to my mother in laws to give a quote for new storage heaters. When he arrived he said that she didn`t need new heaters and showed us how to use the ones properly that were already there, they were only 18 months old but my mother in law couldn`t get on with them. Roy phoned the next morning to see if everything was ok, well it was, perfect heating!!! Roy could have easily said she needed new heaters and could have charged a fortune in the process, but he didn`t. What a really nice genuine man, would use him again if we needed to and would definitely recommend him. Thank you so much.
