    Mark and the team made the whole process really simple and everything went smoothly. Very professional and thoughtful and sensitive to the fact that we were moving my elderly mum from her home of over 50 years to her new flat. Every care was taken to make it stress free for us. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Mark, and his team, are extremely professional and we are more than satisfied with our move. They were very careful with all of our items, they have protectors for mattresses and TVs etc. Nothing was broken or damaged during our move. They turned up on time and assisted with things like dismantling and reassembling beds. Mark provided boxes (hired) and some packing material. The empty boxes were picked up promptly. Overall an excellent service

    We would Highley recommend Basingstoke Smooth Moves! Mark, Mark and Vicki were all amazing. They were punctual, professional, understanding and very hard working. We felt that the communication from the on-set was good, clear and honest. Mark was very good at helping us remain calm on a stressful day with his knowledge of the industry and charisma. Our belongings were well packaged, transported and looked after. If you are thinking of getting the cheapest price out there, think again! These guys will not let you down and will show you the professional side of the moving trade. Thanks again!

    Mark of Basingstoke Smooth Moves and the couple that worked with him were helpful, reliable, communicative, careful with all our belongings, well organised, prompt and hard working. They were easy to be around and helped us by dismantling and reassembling items of our furniture. They packed up for us on one day and moved us on the next day. I highly recommend the whole team.
