  • Broken front door lock

    We were locked out of our house after our front door lock broke. I found Simon on Checkatrade and he was with us in 20 mins. He got us inside through another door and quickly identified the fault, sourced a replacement, collected and fitted it within 90 mins of my initial phone call! I cannot praise Simon enough - he knows his stuff! His costs were reasonable and clear from the outset and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

    The door to my flat broke leaving me unable to get in, so I called Bassett Lock and Keys. Simon arrived in 20 minutes and worked through the alternatives, as he wanted to minimise any damage to the door. He had the door open in short order, with no damage at all. I would add that I didn't even have to replace the lock/keys. A brilliant service at very resonable cost. Highly recommended. Simon is a star!
