I’m really pleased with the full bathroom refit that BMM completed for me.  Matt, Alex, Carl and the whole team were a pleasure to work with and ensured that my bathroom design came to fruition within my budget.  After receiving multiple quotes from various companies BMM were the most competitive.  The price quoted was the price I paid and there were no sneaky fees added during the fit.  I couldn’t recommend BMM enough if you are looking for quality services at a fair price!

Full bathroom refit

Initial good impressions of the company, knew exactly what we wanted.  Fitter very tidy.  Bathroom was completed, no final checks completed by the company ensuring everything in regards to the completion of the bathroom, faults found..  asked for bath size to remain the same as the old one, the new one is a lot smaller!  plasterers had to return as job not completed to good enough standard, fitter had to return as finishing touches to tiling not up to standard, which management again havent checked that customer is happy with end result, which family member will have to some how rectify still !

Fantastic workmanship!  Easy to communicate with and a brilliant job.  We would highly recommend this company.

Bathroom makeover

One of Carl’s selling points was that he would always return if something was faulty after completion .  The bath panel became wet and soggy after a week .  I was told that I’d asked for this kind of bath panel and I’d agreed to paint it .  Completely untrue as I have zero DIY skills !  I’ve repeatedly asked for it to be replaced even with their cheapest bath panel .  I was told it was a tricky size (!) so they would need time to find one or I could PAY them to tile it.  I have REPEATEDLY asked for a replacement but I’m REPEATEDLY ignored which goes completely against Carl’s initial selling tactic

New bathroom

We now have a smashing wet room.  They are very knowledgeable in equipment that is available for disabled people.  We only had 1 loo, so it was put back every evening so we could use it.  All the work is done to high standard.  Tidy up each day.
