  I needed a front porch, so contacted BBC windows who have done a fantastic job. It looks so nice and has elevated the house. Also the house feels and looks more secure. I mainly spoke to Muhammad - Really good communication, quick turnaround and great price. I'm planning a conservatory and new windows in the future so I'll be contacting the Muhammad again.

  Unfortunately, even though the work was carried out very well. We have not been able to get BBC Windows to come back to change 2 of the windows which have blown and are still under a 10 year guarantee/ warranty, despite several calls and emails. We are so upset about this. We still await their return.
