    Excellent service from Jamie and Paul on my bathroom refurb. Top quality finish and they kept me informed throughout, so I could make key decisions along the way. Totally reliable, respectful of my home and very nice people too. Paul gave me professional advice at the start about cost and design which proved to be spot on. Really professional proper builders, I can’t thank them enough.

    We needed the downstairs WC to be refurbished and an ensuite bathroom to be created in a bedroom. This was quite a large job and took the full 5 weeks that was estimated by Paul. Jamie and Rodic were here for the whole time. We were very impressed by the excellent quality of their work and very high standard of attention throughout. There was not a single item that could have been done better. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

    Fantastic job on bathroom floor (replacement of bath, screen, removal of tiles, installation of new lino click floor and finish) Really clear communication about how long it would take and likely costs. Bathroom looks + feels so much better at relatively low cost. Would definitely recommend!

    Beds Property Services provided a very good service. After recent fire damage at my property. They came in and refurbished my kitchen worktop, and new kitchen sink. They also painted and decorated throughout to a flawless, very high standard. Very pleased with the end result, and I'm happy to recommend their services.

My Name is Paul I am the owner of Beds Property Services, we are a small team of professional craftsmen. We undertake small to large projects from a Bathroom and Kitchen installation to a full property refurbishment.

Beds Property Services (BPS) has been trading for 7 years and throughout the team we have over 60 years of experience.

We are based in Luton and mainly complete projects in Luton, Harpenden, St Albans, Watford, Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas.

We have gained the trust and loyalty from many of our existing customers and through this we gain repeat business.
