  • Full house renovation.

    10

    Appointed Shane and his team to carry out a full house renovation, stripping the whole house to its bare shell. Renovation included new kitchen, two new bathrooms, re-wiring, new plumbing, carpentry and pairing. Excellent work, will be using again in the future and happily recommend.

His team are friendly and approachable which is especially important as being a woman. I feel Shane has gone above and beyond on restoring my new home.     Really happy with the work. Shane was flexible as I made some changes to the plans and did not hesitate to address final snags. The team were friendly and considerate (important when they're in your home for weeks). I think with any project you need to take an interest and ask questions to make sure the builder knows your preferences. Shane was great at making suggestions and had contacts and recommendations for suppliers who all turned out great (external door, engineered flooring). I happily recommend Shane to friends and would work with him again.

    Great all round experience. Would recommend. Work was completed on time, on budget and to a good standard. Good communication throughout from Shane. Initial quote was clear and small amendments were accommodated without fuss. Shane and his team were professional, hard-working, courteous and we appreciated their attention to detail, as well as good contacts for worktops etc (which we used). We also appreciated the help with Building Control etc, and a couple of minor follow-up issues were sorted quickly.
