  The job was done with exceptionally high standards. The fitting and seals are perfect and the front door itself is very well designed, secure and completely draft free. Completely professional to the point of vacuuming the entrance hall carpet after the works - it looked better than when they started!

• Brand new PVC sash windows

  We had a great experience with the Best Glazing team. They installed 7 brand new, custom sized UPVC sash windows in our house in Walthamstow. We've had the new windows for a month now and we love them, it's transformed the front of the house and made our home much warmer too. The team were helpful, polite and the quote was much better value than any other company in the area.

  From the initial contact with BDG, I felt in safe hands and at no stage did the company make me doubt that. The workmen were courteous and helpful, they went out of their way to ensure that the job could be completed in 4 days bringing extra people where needed. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and also how they cleaned up after them. It was a pleasure to have them and I have been telling people ever since about the great job that they did. We have been reaping the benefits of a warmer house ever since.

  The salesman (Mitch) was very polite and wasn't pushy, he was also very helpful. The programme proposed from them was very accurate and they finished before the timeframe given. The quality is very good and I have used them previously (20 years ago) on a different job and the windows still look good. I would definitely recommend.

• Installation of 9 windows

  Dishonest sales, disorganised, slow / no support, errors, not diligent with legal requirement to register the installation and disappointing guarantee. About 2 months after installation, “Best” had not registered with Fensa and did not respond to us. We had to complain to Fensa for an outcome. Certass said: “do not have a competent person scheme with Certass to be able to register replacement windows and/or doors”. Ask for the guarantee before buying. Discoloration not included and some items only guaranteed for 1 year (not 10 as promised). Will update review with ongoing product issue.
