Admin were thorough and courteous, the survey was punctual and professional, the timings were exactly as explained and the fitting took just over half a day. From start to finish I had dealt with professionals who cared, that could deliver what they said and went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with the end result. Even a follow up. I am a customer service professional and they really delivered 10/10. I am the proud owner of Bi-fold doors and highly recommend Biggerstaff.
