I've contacted quite a few tradespeople over the years and I can definitely say that Biocraft is the best I've dealt with. The team (including sometimes the director himself) were readily available via email to answer my (many) queries, and I really appreciated all their support and advice during this process. The damp proofer as well was great to work with, keeping me updated on what he would be working on each day and his plan for the next day. Thank you, Biocraft!

As members of the Property Care Association (PCA), Biocraft is authorised to offer GPI insured guarantees which provides a back up to the Biocraft company guarantee. The GPI insured guarantee provides you and future owners of the property with the benefit of “guarantee protection”.

Biocraft Ltd is committed to quality, safety and the environment. We work with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and the Thames Valley Construction Training Association (TVCTA) in relation to the training and development of our staff.

Our tradesmen are time served and qualified in their specific trade. We are committed to staff development and currently employee 2 apprentices. Our staff have Construction Skill Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards and are fully trained on all aspects of Health and Safety including Asbestos, Lone working, Fire prevention and all relevant safe practices. Our staff are full time employees and vehicles are fully sign written. We carry £10 million and £5 million Employers and third party public liability insurance, in addition to full building contracts insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
