  Exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail! Our experience with Colin exceeded all expectations. From the start Colin has demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality. Every aspect of the project, from communication to the final touches, was executed flawlessly. Nothing was ever too much hassle and Colin put me at ease from the outset, especially with my first time buyer status it’s all a new world, so this was incredibly welcomed. • Never came back to me

  I contacted Colin about a house extension in Stratford upon Avon. He was interested and I sent plans. We arranged to meet on site the next day. He didn't show up and hasn't returned my texts since. It's fair enough deciding not to take on a job but unprofessional to no-show and not explain or apologise. Shame really as his work looks good.

  If you're not interested in a project, just be honest and don't waste your customers' time. Colin came round to have a look at our proposed single storey extension, he said he was interested and took the drawings away with him to do the quote. He asked me to email the structural calculations to him and he would send me an SMS with his email address later that day. The SMS didn't arrive so I found his email address online, emailed the structural calculations and waited for the quote. It never happened, so I wasted another couple of weeks on yet another discourteous builder.

  Colin completed the job to a very high standard. It was obvious right from the outset that he had a plethora of knowledge and experience. He was very accommodating when it came to slight changes that we sprung on him and when it came to some extra tasks that were outside of the original scope of work. If you want a builder that will complete the task to a high standard, go above and beyond to help you and give good welcome advice on getting the most out of your new space then Colin is your man!
