    Arrived on time as arranged. Diagnosed and pronounced computer not connected to printer. Not worth repairing, so supplied and fitted new printer, and took away old one

    We had a problem with an old pc that had become slow and had stopped communicating with the printer. BCS came out to our home within a couple of days. At date and time that suited us. The guy managed to speed it up and get the printer working again. Excellent service and didn't try and sell us a new pc, even though they worked out it was 13 years old. Very impressed and would thoroughly recommend this company.

From visiting to assess my needs, to ordering necessary equipment and a date set for installation, all went well. Punctuality and communication excellent.
