Baz was not the cheapest, but we warmed to because he was respectful, honest & took out the time to speak to my parents & explain everything to them. When we were shopping for our bathroom bits, I would regularly message or call him to check things and this was never a problem. He happily helped, checked through the measurements etc that I gave him & even advised me about better options. His work was clean and my parents felt safe with him around & were happy to leave him alone at home too. The end result was stunning. My parents are so happy. Thank you Baz x
