0Verified ReviewSHOCKING! Have a leaking chimney in a new flat I've yet to move into and was advised I needed to install cowls. Grant quoted for this job, saying it required scaffolding and allowing for checks to the roof area, plus another job. Cowls were installed and Grant told me "roof/leadwork/gutters/support trays/acroypol all in good condition" and I needed to pay before he did the next job, so I did. The next time it rained, chimney still leaking, which I told him. He tried to say it was a leaking pipe and charged me for scaffolding he didn't use, became unresponsive and left my door keys on handle.
