  This is the second time I have contacted Build and Create. They built a large room at the end of the garden, build and rendered garden walls, decked the garden with lighting, insulated and rendered the back of the house. The work was completed to a very high standard by professionals who take pride in their work and giving the client what they have asked for. Advice offered by Clinton is sound and based on years of experience and should be considered. They happily make modifications to the original plans and are committed to achieving customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

• Bathroom re plumbing and refit

  In April 2023 they completed a Bathroom involving re plumbing and fit. The quote was slightly above what I expected but they came highly recommended so I went with them. The work completed is faultless. The builders are exceptionally professional, arrive on time, work hard and leave the property immaculate at the end of the day. They are very respectful of your property and belongings. It has been 10 months since the work has been completed and no issues have arisen. I am having more substantial building work later in the year and Build and Create will be the contractors.

  Build &Create did a complete refurbishment of our ensuite bathroom. The whole experience had been very positive. They provided advice on design - they spent time listening to us and offering options. The craftsmanship is exceptional. The finishes are all excellent. The team are amazing- very tidy- no mess and they clear up at the end of the day. They work so hard and take minimal breaks. All of the team are courteous and respectful- nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend - this company offers a quality service from start to end! I am so very happy with my beautiful bathroom!

• Two bathroom refits

  This is the second time we have used Build and Create. We had two bathrooms fitted out - our main family bathroom and a loft bathroom. Clinton and his team did an amazing job; nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. The quality of the work was exceptional, and the team took every pain to reduce the mess and built us the bathrooms that we had envisaged. The work was completed on time and within budget. We highly recommend using Clinton and his team for any building work you may have. 10/10

• Reinforcing a kitchen floor, laying tiling, ancillary woodwork

  Clinton was quick to quote, clearly warning about uncertainties around the state of the floor once the existing tiles were removed, and dealing quickly with the problems that were revealed. Removing and rebuilding part of the floor in the kitchen was inevitably disruptive, but Sebastian and Pavel were very considerate and helpful in minimising that disruption. Their thorough and meticulous work produced a high quality result.
