10Verified ReviewWe have been using Butterfly for around 2 years having used another firm previously we were not satisfied with. Alla is always on time and an absolute delight - my dog and young daughter adore her! Very good standard of cleaning and carried out in a very unobtrusive manner. My husband and I often work from home on Friday when Alla comes and she is great at working around us with minimum disruption. Olesya who runs the business is very good at communication, checking our requirements over holiday periods and when Alla is on annual leave. Would not hesitate to recommend Butterfly.

6Verified ReviewMy house wasn’t particularly dirty to begin with so was expecting it to be very clean once finished. Basic things like skirting boards, mirrors, window sills weren’t touched. Floors weren’t mopped. It’s a small house so I’m not sure why it took 3 hours! No response from manager when I contacted her about these issues. Very disappointing and won’t be using again.
