• Replacing felt on flat roof

  This is the third time I have used Clarence (previous jobs were painting hallway/stairs and front room). He took up an existing deck and rail, to replace the roof felt underneath (as there was a leak into the bedroom below). He then refitted the deck and rail, having raised the rail. He sanded and oiled all wood, leaving not only a more water resistant roof but a deck that looks like new. It was a pleasure to have him working at the house (again). I would highly recommend Clarence for any decorating or building job.
