3.67Verified ReviewBooked in for 2 hours to find and fix issue. Didn't find issue, but quoted over £300 for additional visit to investigate more and fix. Didn't even look at the intercom issue. Got another electrician to look at the issue. They found and resolved the issue (extractor fan in window) in under an hour. I replaced intercom speaker box myself in about 10 mins.

The electrician attended and was very polite and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked the installation and fixed all of the connections and informed us how we could prevent any similar issues happening again in the future.
