  Chris came out really quickly to provide a quote, I was very happy with the quote and he was able to start work the following week. I offered to move all furniture but Chris was more than happy to do this for me which saved me a lot of hard work. He stripped all the wall paper, replastered the walls and ceiling to an amazing standard. He then brought a dehumidifier to the job to help dry it out and returned over the weekend to complete the job. The standard of the finish is outstanding and I am so happy with Chris and his team, they’ve done an amazing job! Thanks Chris

  Chris and his team plastered my hall, stairs and landing superbly. He finished the job earlier than expected due to working longer hours to complete it for me. They were so tidy, covered the carpets and cleaned up immaculately every day. I will definitely use Chris again and fully recommend his team

• Lath and plaster ceiling removal and replacement

  On 27th December the ceiling suffered from a partial collapse. After posting the job in the evening Chris came back to me that evening with a promise to come out the next day and quote. Chris arrived on time and provided a quote the same day. The job was then completed by 30th December which was a superb turnaround from the job being raised through to completion. Chris kept me updated with photographs of how the new ceiling was progressing each day and was able to answer any queries I had. I will definitely use CMH home improvements in the future.

• We had damp in our hallway and living room.

  Firstly, this is the second occasion that we have used Chris. Our first experience was 2 years ago when he plastered our attic conversion and attic stairwell! What a job that was! Chris, as he has been this week, was superb. Secondly, over the past two days, he and his work mate, worked tirelessly, hacking off the affected areas, tanking and re-plastering. They turned up on time, were a delight to have in the house, cleared away after them, and the work done from preserving our skirting, to handling difficult areas re original plaster meeting new plaster, was exceptional!
