Replacement of flat roof
10Verified ReviewWe had an ongoing leak on our flat roof & contacted Cannock Roofing. Henry was really helpful & arranged for someone to come out the same day to assess the situation. His brother Noah arrived at the time agreed, discussed what repairs where needed & quoted for the work which we were happy with. The work was carried out within 2 days & to a high standard . Noah was very polite & pleasant & left absolutely no mess on site. We would highly recommend this company & would use again with no hesitation.

10Verified ReviewWork done was re-cementing the roof valley and front peak edges, sealing a hole in the fascia, removing moss and reconnecting a down-pipe to the guttering. Communication with Henry was excellent and he came out to quote the next day. He undertook to carry out the work within two days, so that he could make use of pre-existing scaffolding (from a recent boiler flue installation) thus saving me £300 on the cost of a new scaffold. Henry is both friendly and professional, he explained clearly the work needed and what it would cost. I was very happy with the finished work and how it was carried out

10Verified ReviewI needed extra drainage off roof to alleviate flooding in heavy rainfall on my neighbours side of drive. Henry was able to install an extra down-pipe on the Dormer and another from the guttering at the front of house, to divert the water to a new soak-away under the drive. Work carried out promptly and area tidied afterwards. Will use this company again.

Henry spotted the issue with our guttering straight away. The problem was fixed quickly and we received some advice regarding other areas. 10Verified ReviewI've used these guys a few times now and I can honestly say Cannock Roofing (Henry) has been brilliant. Nothing to fault as he has always done what he says. His work is tidy and from my experience no job is too small for him and his team. He is a very likeable guy and I've found open and honest. He's a man of his word and had work which needed finishing and he came back as promised which you don't find with many. I recommended him also to my neighbour who also had some roof tiles reset. Cannot fault them at all, as my experience has been great.
