    Did a good job, competitively priced compared to other quotes I got. Came a day sooner than planned which was good for me and was happy to do the work whilst I wasn't at home saving me the inconvenience of having to arrange a day's leave. Workmanship is good, nice and sturdy and hopefully stormproof this time around.

    Simon did an excellent job on the doors/door handles. They all now work perfectly. He went out of his way to obtain a part for one of the door handles that needed replacing. He costed the job at the house, before attending to do the works and there were no hidden costs.

    Simon responded to the job request quickly. He turned up exactly when he said he would and carried out some work on loose window locks. One needed replacing and the other just tightening - he did all this very quickly and efficiently. My tenants are happy with the work. I would recommend and will be asking for his skills and services again in the future

    He came to check the jobs, indicated the labour costs, promised to check some price of sink and other items, never came back, he said I am getting it by somene else, which was not true at all. He did not want to do the jobs perhaps. I sent him essages without reply. I'm sorry for his misunderstanding.
