  I've used Carshalton Stoves on several occasions now, to replace fire surrounds and hearths, and fit multi-fuel stoves in my home. They are always courteous, prompt and efficient, and the workmanship skills along with attention to details are excellent. They work with the customer during design to understand their needs and vision, and lay out the options and costs up front. During fitting they arrive on time, ready to get the job done, and they work diligently to ensure the task is completed to the highest standards, all the while at competitive prices. • Stove and beam Installation

  I wanted to get rid of the chimney in the house and get a new stove installed. Carshalton stoves was quick to reach out and arrange and appointment to visit and gave very good initial ideas. They were also upfront on what work was truly necessary and saved us some cost for things we didn’t need which shows their care for the customers. The best thing about their work was cleanliness and professionalism. I had new carpets and a sofa chair they covered the room and surrounding so well I was surprised with their attention on that. Additionally Dave was very professional and knowledgeable.

  Dave and George started the wood burning stove installation by protecting the working area. The work was carried out and completed that day and the area cleared of all debris. A demonstration was the provided on the controls and a small fire lite as a final test. Very pleased with a great job.

• Wood burner in lounge, Banstead Area

  Dave and George were tidy and hard working. The log burner has transformed the lounge and a good alternative to gas. The wood burner is 74% effective (did listen to your lesson Dave lol !) - Very knowledgeable about their craft and safety conscience with a CO2 alarm. Stated at the end any problems to call back immediately which means good aftercare which is rare in any profession. I am deffo going to recommend these guys :-)
