    Simon fixed a rising damp issue in our floor. He removed the damp concrete, lay a new membrane and reconcreted. He was on time, clear in what he was doing and very communicative. I would really recommend him.

He effected an excellent repair, and the quality of his plastering to complete the task is as good as any plastering I have had done throughout my house. His price was accurate and he completed the task ahead of the scheduled time. I would highly commend his work.

  • Treating damp in a few places

    Excellent experience when treating a few different areas of our house whilst having building works, so they had to be quite flexible. They also removed fitted cupboards which were due to be completed by someone else. Overall very helpful. They also came to fit some ventilation bricks under the stairs and also build a shed as part of a different job. They then offered to paint it for me!

  • Booked an appointment, but never showed up or responded to calls

    I phoned up asking about rot in a bathroom doorframe. He asked for some pictures of the affected area, and I sent them via email. After confirming that it indeed looked like rot, he said he'd come round late Friday morning to take a look. I gave him my address and phone number, but he never showed. I tried calling, got an answering machine, and left a message. I waited a few days for him to respond just in case there was an unforeseen emergency, but after five days there has been no response. Overall, not impressed at having to waste a morning waiting for him and then being ghosted afterward.
