  Found cavitech on checkatrade only one of three contacted who responded. Very good response to our enquiry and work done in good time and efficiently. Cleared the old insulation and took away ,neat new insulation. Impressed that the hatch was also insulated. Only minus point was delay in receiving the paperwork after completion

  My husband called Cavitech to ask for a quote. It only took Josh 10 minutes to email the quote through! It was much more reasonably priced in comparison to another quote we had received to extract a fraction of the amount of insulation. Josh was very helpful and responded very quickly to further queries. Neil, who carried out the work was brilliant! Friendly, efficient, took time to explain every step of the process as he was doing it. Will definitely recommend this company. Fantastic from start to finish!

  Really disappointed in all honesty. In fairness the guys came on time and worked in dreadful weather conditions and the one I spoke to was a nice guy. It’s a good thing we were moving out to renovate the property as it was unliveable, there was that much dust and powder like substances in property it set of the smoke alarm. We had to wear dust mask and everything was covered in dust and white powder. I removed an extractor fan from the wall to find no insulation, I’ve had called and emailed numerous times asking to come back and fill the empty parts of the cavity. No response! Very poor.

  My initial contact with Cavitech was with Joshua who advised me it was a good idea to have the free test done by their building engineer who advised me that I did have the old type of insulation. He spoke to me a couple of times regarding my house and options to have it refilled with the new type of cavity wall insulation. I then decided from the wrote what I wanted done and the chap turned up on time and did an excellent job removing all the insulation. He explained to me how the process works and it was done in a few hours and he cleared up after very well.
