  I cannot recommend Graham Chalcroft and his wonderful team highly enough. All work was finished to an immaculate level. Nothing was too big or small for them and everything was explained to me in great detail. They were punctual and professional and everything was tidied away after each days work. I am so satisfied with all the teams work that I have already booked another project. I would only ever employ Graham's company in the future for any works on my home. 10 out of 10!

• Damp in conservatory wall. Replacing water damaged electrical socket box.

  Communication is excellent. Grahame took time to look and see the problem and try to work out what was causing it. It’s been an ongoing problem, possibly due to poor original workmanship. He explained how he would tackle the job. The firm repointed the walls, sealed some gaps and fixed the socket. Unfortunately, Grahame may not yet have completely solved the problem, but he hasn’t given up and he has a couple of other ideas.

• Kitchen/Dining Room knock through plus other remedial works.

  Grahame and his team rescued us after previous builders left our barn conversion in an unsafe state to live in. They worked to a tight schedule and completed all remedial work on time and the quality of finish was above and beyond our expectations. Communication was great all the way through and we were kept informed on progress throughout. Chalcraft are highly skilled trades people and cover a large range of building works. We are pleased that we found Chalcraft via CheckaTrade and are 100% happy to recommend the company. Once again - Thanks to Grahame and his team at Chalcraft.

• Extended kitchen into dining room, create shower room and utility room from garage conversion.

  Grahame came in with ideas that would add value to our property whilst creating practical space. He left me excited about the project. He knocked the dining room wall down to create a larger kitchen area and fitted the kitchen. He then used some of the kitchen space to create a clever shower room and utility area using our integral garage. We came across a few problems with the property along the way and Grahame dealt with them without any issue. We developed a great working relationship with Grahame and his team and the attention to detail is fantastic and the end result is amazing!

• Kitchen remodel and garage conversion

  Grahame and his team carried out a small extension and complete remodel and refurb of our kitchen, as well as converting the garage into a bedroom en suite. We are very happy with the finished build and feel very confident in the quality of the workmanship- on a couple of the building inspector visits, they commented on the good quality and attention to detail of the work. Graham and the team were friendly and trustworthy people to have working in the house. Although it did take longer than initially discussed, we love it and it was worth the wait.

• Dealing with black mould and damp

  Graham was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. He advised the problem was mostly due to the old and out of date windows. He was.Happy to quote and also suggested obtaining a further two quotes. This is what I am now going to do following his advice.
