Upon meet Daniel he was very genuine and full of knowledge, quotation process was very straightforward we had 3 quotes and Dan was was competitive, absolutely love our new bathroom I have a keen eye for detail which was definitely matched by Dan and his team , it’s good to see people take such pride in there work. 9.5Verified ReviewWe used Chartwell to replace the floorboards in our attic, new joists were added to reinforce the existing ones and a new subfloor laid. They also removed the old internal brick stairwell wall. Daniel and his apprentice did a fantastic job, they were polite and very hard working throughout. The job was extremely dirty work and they tried their best to minimise the dust levels. The quality of workmanship surpassed our expectations and they completed the job two days ahead of schedule, we would highly recommend Chartwell Building Solutions to anyone considering future works.
