• Kitchen sink installation

  I spoke with Christopher via text and included photos. Unfortunately, the sink we bought was the wrong size. Colleague then arrived, late, and was very rude. He obviously didn't speak with Christopher about the job, he didnt know the details of what we spoke about. He then spoke to us like we were stupid for having the wrong size sink. He didn't offer to order a new one for us, he didn't offer any advice, he didn't even look in the cupboard underneath, he just left. No follow up communication afterwards. I am very disappointed in how we were treated and will not be using their services ever.

• Dripping in bathroom but couldnt see where it was coming from

  The company contacted me within half an hour of the initial query on Checkatrade and the plumber arrived within the following hour. The plumber had a good look round, replaced parts and fixed the problem within the hour. Left the area clean and dry, thoroughly tested the work and checked that nothing else was leaking. Invoiced and paid same day at very reasonable rates. Will keep their number and contact details should I have any other plumbing issues. Thank you for making the experience as pain free as possible.

• New bathroom

  As soon as I met Chris and Krzysztof I felt comfortable with them and made an instant decision to go with Wave to install my new bathroom. Chris was always available to answer any queries I had and did all of the ordering for me, which took a lot off of my shoulders. Will did the full installation, and to say he did an amazing transformation is an understatement. He is very personable and was a delight to have in my home and the end result he produced is quite amazing. A very happy customer and Wave fully deserve their 10 out of ratings and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

• Shower fitting

  When Colin came to fit the shower I unfortunately had ordered one that was the wrong one for the fitting already there. He came back a couple of days later and fitted the appropriate one. On both days he came exactly on time, was very friendly, courtious, and when finished left everything clean and tidy. I cannot fault this Company at all and would definitely highly recommend them.
